1Dec , i pay some big purchases PBB VS using TNG ewallet ----
* this is to meet 5k campaing spending .

tried a few time . TNG pop out cannot proceed .

call PBB ---- PBB CS said this is expected , manually unlock after verification .

then , the big amount $ transaction go through . Bingo+ a few k tng points.


then, later , do my regular 1st day of the month 1k CC reload .
"Unable to proceed .. .... ... call TNG careline" ....

1st call ---TNG CS saiud no issue, tried again in 30mins .....

after 2 hours test again the reload 1k ---kantoi again same Unable .. ... message .

2nd call ----TNG CS said dued to a few repeated fail reeload/payment failed --- they see it as suspicios activity auto LOCKED.
TNG email me and asking :
1. time of happeing
2. snap CC pic
3. snap bank statement of that CC with names , cc number etrc etc etc .

really treating u like criminals.

i,m giving the TNG rating = POOR.

why ?
1. 5k ---- i get 5k points --- RM50 .
2. PBB spending campaing -- i need 5k to get RM118 - This based on 1st come 1st served .
if i use CC ---- in this case paying the building mainenance yearly fee. I need to wait till 10am morning to swipe card . if use TNG , i can just scan the QR code. and do it NOW from homw at 12am sharp.

this is not recurring .
this is one time off .

Update just call CS .

GO+ have RM1000 , payment RM20

case1 - ewallet have RM0 --- deduct GO+ RM20
case2 - ewallet have RM1 ---- triggered Quick payment RM20 (not enough balance)

my case basically case2 === TNG cannot deduct partially ewallet + GO+

guys ,my default payment is 6-digit pin

but randomly TNG will pop out scan face when making payment.

the issue is at hawker centre scan face always not successful , probably due to lighting .


i tried to search setting/security payment ---but i cant seem to disable the scan face .

any suggestion ? Thank you.

i kena at least x4 no refund from petrol since April .
