Good luck. I don't think you account is hacked. I think something must have happened in the past for them to suspect you. You have to recall when did the 10 cents cashback started and what you have been doing prior to this 10 cents thingy.

I don't think you can change IC. For those creating dupes, I doubt they put much $ in it. Most likely put $ only when need to spend.

That's why now, I don't dare to change phones for my TnG account. I did switch between phones for a while for my account several months back but stopped using it for fear TnG may think wrongly

ClarenceT Are you mixing petrol in the same car ie using Petronas sometimes and Shell sometimes? I read that its not good to do it frequently. Once in a while doing it is ok.

Thanks for the information. I have read previously that someone was using dual apps for a few ewallets but I couldn't remember whether TnG was one of them. He did it successfully. Also read that someone said that with dual apps, it will not show the same source/phone # (can't exactly remember the correct term he used). So its interesting to know that TnG told you that your account was flagged due to the dual apps thingy. Useful info. for anyone thinking of doing dual apps.

#Victor, hakkai0810 Try writing to KPNDKK and cc a copy to TnG. Then TnG will realize you are genuine user and because you wrote to KPNDKK, TnG will be forced to lift the 10 cent ban as they cannot pinpoint the exact reason for 'banning' you

No harm trying because you are genuine user without any dupe (if I remembered correctly). Edit: So sorry, I think it should be KPNDKK and not BNM or some other agency right? Can anyone confirm which agency is the right one to write to?

If I remembered correctly #Victor is genuine user with 1 account only. But then I just realize, the correct agency should it be BNM or KPNDKK or some other? I feel so bad for saying earlier that its KPNDKK when it could be some other agency.

[My experience with telco (yes, I know this is not telco but its just an indication of how 'seller/supplier' behaves when they have the upperhand) is that only when I threaten to write to MCMC when they refuse to let me port out, then only will they reply faster and let me port out, otherwise they keep don't bother and give all kinds of excuses]. Another person had to write to the authorities to get her refund from Shopee which initially refuse to do so.

The thing is always ask before paying. If cannot get, then don't buy. I always make it a point before paying to say I'm going to pay using the method and if there's a promotion etc to ask whether its still available.
