IMO, dont put so much hope for MBG as a blanket converage.

i suspect MBG will still subject to investigation by TNGD, especially if you have taken necessary steps to secure your wallet.

eg if you use 123456 or DOB as your pin, likelihood TNGD may not honor MBG.

another method is deep-linking method, like lazada-tng whereby tng ewallet already pre-authorized and "saved" within lazada system. this is similar to saved-cc method.

contact tngd to get principal's number. from my record. it was 03-7723 3800. you can even call now.

get ready the TXN No of the failed transfer in TNG eWallet app. starts with R22xxxxxxxxx .... 22xxxx is the year month day + some numbers

principal CS is quite helpful. they resubmit transfer a day later. fund received in my Maybank.
