nowadays in shell, u can actually pick the amount to "pre-authorise" before you swipe. unless you are using it to cuci from NT to T

another reasons for decline:

1) insufficient wallet balance
2) reached transaction limits for kiple visa card

their visa limits are (iirc)

per transaction limit: rm3k
rm5k per day
rm5k per month

somehow, i noticed reversals are not counted (restore the limit) because merchants (eg bigpay, tng ewallet, etc) accepted -> declined -> reversed it back. it will easily "eat" your remaining limits.

check your limits in the app. there's a bar showing how much you utilized for this month (assuming no other app transactions)

I need help transferring money out of TnG eWallet... They seem to gate withdrawals whenever it amounts to 3 or 4 digits... Now I can barely move out 10 MYR every time...

I deposited this morning around 8 am, originally intend to take up the Go+ scheme and withdraw by 4pm and deposit again to Boost and GX Bank to earn another 4-10% p.a., but I checked with other sifus before and it seems that TnG is aware of this loophole and they are intending to stop the abuse.

So I withdraw around 9.30 am again all the money and it seems they are gating the withdrawals...

ok can confirm it works. moved RM out to boost bank at 6pm yesterday, GO+ interest at 2am is the same as previous day. obviously this exploit is limited since you'll get caught if you do it every day.
