safe to withdraw will turn to abuse/excessive (whether you admit or not, sooner or later you'll do more ) --- for disclosure, i do withdrawal on small-ish amount.

it's more to excessive/abnormal/abusive withdrawals that triggers the internal monitoring/policies.
they will suspend and request you to furnish reasons and supporting documents.

if go+ fund originally from credit card, this has more stringent rules.

Sep 1, 2021 to Sep 30, 2021

This Campaign offers a cash reward of RM3 (“Cash reward’) to any first 300k new users when they successfully sign up as a GO+ user and make their FIRST DEPOSIT of a minimum of RM10 into their GO+ account. However, if the new user makes the FIRST DEPOSIT of a minimum of RM50, he or she will receive an additional 5 free Goal Hunter stamps (“Stamps”).
You can view your Cash Reward in your eWallet Transaction History while you can view your five (5) free Stamps if any in the ‘My Rewards’ section on the Touch ‘n Go eWallet application homepage.
The Cash Reward will be reflected in the new GO+ user’s eWallet account within 3 working days after the new user has successfully signed up to GO+ and made the FIRST DEPOSIT of a minimum of RM10 into their GO+ account. For those GO+ new users who have made the FIRST DEPOSIT of RM50 and above, the five (5) free Stamps will also be sent to them within 3 working days.
The Campaign will end once 300k new GO+ users have been achieved or when the Campaign Period ends, whichever is earlier.
