Anyone tried using credit card that is not under your name to reload tng e-wallet? Or a credit card used by 2 different TNG account?

Is Quick Payment in TNG regarded as e-Wallet spending?

I know that PB is infamous for saved card issue, but not sure if there are any others.

KUALA LUMPUR: TNG Digital Sdn Bhd (TNGD) will implement a 1% fee for all credit card reloads starting February 23, 2024.

Reloads via DuitNow Transfer and debit cards remain free.

“This move is to curb excessive cashing out of credit card balance to bank accounts and offset the heavy cost of credit card reload which TNGD has been subsidising since its inception.

“Users are encouraged to use bank transfers via DuitNow which has exactly the same process as fund transfer among bank accounts,” it said in a s statement.

TNGD chief executive officer Alan Ni said: "As the largest financial institution serving over 20 million e-KYC verified users, we must find a fine balance between convenience, security, and the long-term cost sustainability of our company.”

“To provide consumers more options, we still allow credit card as one of the reload channels, but we also urge users to reload their eWallet via DuitNow Transfers or debit cards, which are both free of charge.”

Do they charge it exactly on your card anniversary or a few days before/after?

You mean for Go+ or TnG eWallet?

For now I can still see the cash out feature. Just have to go to Transfer icon > duitNow > Bank/E-Wallet Account.

For Go+, if you use the cash out feature, I think it force you to transfer it back to TnG eWallet. Then you have to do transfer out using TnG eWallet.

Super mafan, i remember it watch much more seamless previously.

cannot transfer back to ewallet first?

i think enrichmoney+visa card should also behave the same. didnt try this card > tng ewallet.

but cannot reload using cc directly. use the above ewallets/cards > enrichmoney > tng ewallet (tbc)

Does anyone getting "Unable to Proceed" when attempt pin reload?

this method lasted longer since it's not exposed to the mass public. 

today start they lump in the 1% fee when charging to your credit card

yesterday still need manual adjustment.

what did you do ?

Today check TNG ewallet no more Jompay at bill payment section, not sure is it temporary or permanent.
