Anyone experience being double charged at Toll when ...
1) the RFID land is blocked by someone and you detour to the Touch and Go land next to use manual touch card.. next thing the Apps says Thank You Deducted, while your card also record deduction
2) when you go through a land that has RFID and Smart Tag, and you hear your tag beep and apps says Thank you Deducted , because your Smart Tag is placed at the door panel.

I have kena this multiple times, I already totally removed using my smart tag but today kena case 1)...

Called Customer Service and no one answer after 10 mins. I am going to delete this apps.
