Just checking is the 12% cash back still available or fully redeemed? This morning i get the notification from TnG app.
If fully redeemed they shouldnt promt notification anymore otherwise its just scam.

This is so-called ePay system and you can pay any amount you like.

is there a way to rectify this?

Each user is limited to 2 times if not mistaken.
Can try to split to pay rm20 bills 2 times to get total rm8 cash back.

Your account is verified and you can see the registered name (not actual name) of an unverified ewallet?
I thought verified ewallet can't transfer fund balance to unverified ewallet. No?
