I tried to cash out from my go+, I received the payment advice from HSBC but today I received this sms.

RM0 Principal: Your GO+ Account Cash Out to Bank Account (No:xxxxx) has failed on 02-04-2021. Pls call 03-7723 3800 for any queries.

Till date I haven’t seen the cash out to my bank account and wondering if anyone experienced the same as myself

Just to update from my little experience with go+.

1. I topped up everything from my e wallet to go+
2. My rfid linked with my e wallet so when happened to pass toll it will auto deduct from my go+
3. I tried to buy something through App Store which my primary payment method is tng. so no problem it can went through even my e wallet balance is zero, directly deduct from go+
4. However when I want to transfer money to some other people, it won’t go through. It must be from your e wallet even my go+ there are balance

Thinking of that we been using bank notes and coins for so long until they decided to replace them with credit card and now e wallet. But if topping up with credit card is not allowed so automatically the most direct and easy way will be back to notes and coins.

Cash > credit card > e wallet

2) Payment didn’t deduct from both balances and auto performed a quick reload (via BigPay) and deducted RM 320 to Lazada.
3) Cancelled purchase, Lazada mentioned it’s refunded.
4) Refunded to BigPay? Or TnG balance? So far still no sign of refund yet in BigPay or TnG. How long does it take typically? A week I supposed?

I am abit worried after been reading so many of you here being banned after cash out from go+, maybe not a good alternative for you all to wash your credit card via tng
