Getting Started

A merchant has refunded money to my TNG e-wallet but I did not receive it. Contacted TNG and provided all the details and it has been more than 2 weeks with no updates. Their CS sucks and not helpful. Any idea on how to escalate it?

Transaction failed at merchant end on 18 April, and merchant confirmed twice in writing. Until today TNG have given me the most unhelpful useless responses (investigating, will update when they have details). It's ridiculous.

Update - after writing to BNM, I got an acknowledgement from TNG about my complain. Refund finally received today 19 May (transaction was on 18 April).
