Don't think there is one other than your transaction HIStory. Banks also don't have statement for Debit Card.

This TnG rate Visa rate applies only if you use it directly. (limited merchants). If your TnG visa card is linked via Alipay, I believe Alipay rate still applies.

Yes, using TnG VISA no FX mark up, hence rate better. But beware, need to freeze and unfreeze card every transaction, otherwise very easily get fraud with overseas transactions.

And getting back the refund is no joke, took more than 90 days to claim back

but the main prob is small merchants / restaurant / hawker / mom & pop shop tends to use personal tng transfer QR (old black QR) or even personal Duitnow QR for transfer instead of merchant payment QR.

everytime i face this prob, i will feedback to them, some shop did change but some just don't bother.

Ahh yeah. Fortunately, a couple i usually T@NGo are using Merchant QR. Another one still transfer, i didnt bother much. Sometimes cash sometimes transfer.

Personal Tng QR or Personal DuitNow QR is only a problem when we try to use our non-transferable balances right?

Maybe merchant QR will have some charges. Some I noticed they don't change, so no choice have to use Go+ balance

These unauthorzied transactions are ALL "Non OTP transaction" from online merchants. Per visa rule, Merchants are those who decide whether OTP is required, but merchants also needs to bear fraud risk. So non OTP transaction refund is almost certain, but it does take 14 to 30 days to get the money back. If you want to be safe, within TNG app visa security center, there is one option to disable "non OTP transactions". It can pretty much stop such issues, but you will have to enable it for online non OTP transactions.

Grab and MAE also can. Octo cannot.

I've never thought that deleting my Touch N Go E Wallet account would be such a frustrating experience.
When I tried to delete the app, the app mentioned there's an error occurred and also mentioned that I have pending services that haven't settled.

1) I've contacted their Live Chat team. The staff informed me that I have pending toll services that I haven't settled. Topup my account. Waited for more than 24 hours, no deductions happened. Checked back my transactions, I've checked they have charged on my pending toll transactions on early March.
2) Call their call centre team twice. Different agents provided different response. One of them asked me to provide error screenshot by email etc.

I don't know why it's such a difficult experience to delete the app. All of the 3 agents really lack experience in handling customer issues.

I'm totally done using Touch N Go app. I'm moving back using Cash, card or qr payment using banking app.

If I want to reload my touch n go card, it's better I just go reload at Caring, Watsons. No wonder I've seen a lot of complain on their FB Page.

Recently I'm also facing another issue when reload my touch n go card inside the app using the NFC method. I have RM10 inside my main e-wallet account.

When I tried to reload, suddenly the app hang and I'm unable to reload the card. I tried to reload for 2nd time, successful. Suddenly touch n go went automatically topup another RM10 to my account and they charged my credit card.

I've never choose auto topup to my account in the first place and never experience this issue from the day 1 I'm using the app.

Gosh, I think I'm just one of the unlucky Malaysian that have tons of problems using the app.
