Dont know why last month and this month cant redeem, button greyed out for me..

Previously able to redeem no issues..

yes i know 1 redemption per month.. I redeemed before for August, September, October, Nov and Dec last year..

But starting Jan i couldn't redeem, just show greyed out button.. Now in February also same thing

they changed it to per user instead of per month I guess.

The similarity is that both are holding your money and allow you to spend it. Which differences require KYC for bank app but not TNG?
