Weird, I've used tng on this device for like 2 years now. Also I think it's been around 48 hours already and still doesn't work.

Anyone got payment for google pay using Touch n Go is disabled?
And why ya?

Update:
Chat with Customer Service, but no resolution provided by them.

I try to deleting the payment method manually.

Then re add up Touch n Go ewallet.

Now it has been activated.

Customer Service seems lack of knowledge about this.

I contact careline, he ask me to show voucher ID, purchase pin at petrol station dont have, he reply me if dont have can't check

just show the pin slip that you purchased from petrol station?

then we not same case

They said pin is still valid and show me the step to reload the pin But my problem is show error message when reload pin.


Mine is this

this case,
1) Maybe the tng pin reload already been used
(got happen before, already reload, forgot, that time buy from Zcity), 2nd time, also.. complain to Zcity. Sucessfully get new pin)
2) Maybe u reload 3 time wrong pin or same pin. Block.
(wait 24hrs, as my expireince)
3) Maybe try other forum advice. Contact Careline ( fastest way)

4) as petrol said still available, try reload other TnG ewallet. maybe infront of them

what I will do in this situation is:

1. reload the pin to someone's account first (someone you are close with)
2. settle the suspicious activity error with TNG CS

make sure the pin can be used first.

this is not a pin issue

it's your account issue, which is being blocked/suspended by TNGD

I dont understand. TnG cashback is in rewarded in points or cash?

what do u mean by "tng cashback"?

no more RM5/RM10/RM15 fuel vouchers to buy in A+ for many days already

i been TNG since start .
been doing the daily RM100/188/1000 lucky spin/draw etc ---> never strike anything .

only get 1cent--RM1 peanuts.
and even then , those prizes are getting smaller.
