ahhhh this one. It happened to my mom's account as well. But it resolved itself back to the old interface. My account never kena. It's already a nuisance for daily checkin. Wasn't even looking for My Rewards, didn't realized it was buried deep within.

was poking around through my tng ewallet, then the Scan and Pay commands went missing to be replaced by these 2 highlighted in red box.


How to get the Scan and Pay back?

strangely, the Scan/Pay command moved to the bottom of the cluttered homepage. Right in the middle of the bottom bar. Using the latest version v1.8.44

Saw another 5 fraudulent transactions *Google Facebook Mountain View* performed using my VISA card last night. Currency is BDT - Bangladeshi Taka. Filed another refund claim, even though the first claim is not even refunded yet. Decided to get a card replacement but there's a replacement fee of RM15!

Very frustrated. TnG is not a bank. Other banks would have a call centre to complaint to and they'll immediately lock the card and send a replacement card for free

Hey guys. Does anyone have a problem with the transaction limit? I tried to duitnow today but it says I have exceeded transaction limit? My account is at premium tier ans have only transferred 2.7k today before this. Anything I'm missing here?

have u check the transfer limit in settings?
the tier is the maximum limit allowed but might have set a lower limit previously

It's set to rm25k by default

Anyone notice that "Annual Limit" seems to be reset on 1 January, even though the "information icon" says that limit resets on 1 February?

could be typo

no logical sense to reset at 1 Feb

perhaps something trigger the cooling-off period?
