I use my TNG visa at the end of march and my wallet don't have transferable anymore... it don't have any issue. TNG just deducted the balence from non transferable amount

My TNG visa card was charge by petrol pump RM200 and then the kiosk hang. so i did not pump any petrol and need to authorize again with another transaction.
The RM200 still not refund back after 1 week. is this normal? or I need to contact TNG? |
