yes, may be selected hawker and selection location. it is still no common to all place yet. but it is improving that more and more hawker accept. but, how tlong to wait until all hawker or at least 80/90% hawker accept

If you do not have transferrable amount, spend tng visa prepard card will be rejected.

then, few possibilities,

1. TNG block some merchant to use non-transferable when pay with tng visa prepaid card.
2. TNG eWallet account restricted to use non-transferable when pay with tng visa prepaid card.
3. TNG got bug on specific scenario

i no see any information can use non-transferable amount when swipe tng prepaid card

i confirm the transaction with Tng visa prepaid rejected dut to insufficient fund, But i have the fund in non-transferrable.
I did the transaction with same merchant and it success and it deduct from transferable amount few days ago.

So i am very sure it only use transferrable amount when spend with tng visa prepaid card for that merchant.
