An update for my case in case you are interested or for others' future reference.
I made a call to TnG e-Wallet CS and my call was picked up instantly, good job on that. I was told for refunds, will need to be validated first by their team before can be released back to us. I did ask why I didn't need to do that for my previous refunds as they were refunded back to me directly. He couldn't answer me.

Anyway, after the call, the procedure is CS will send us an email to provide some information for this refund. I have received the email from him and already replied back to him. He assured me will be processed soon.
So, if you don't receive back the refund instantly in your wallet, then can try calling CS.

I also facing same problem. Lazada notify refunded complete but tng hvnt update the refunded amount.
But my Lazada wallet transaction do capture the refunded amount, even though I pay via tng.
However, I think the refunded amount did not add in to my wallet balance.
Do your lazada wallet transaction capture the refunded amount?
Updated: After i submit screenshot of transaction to CS, they close ticket and saying Lazada will refund money to me, lol
