my tng cannot show the transaction history (blank page when I click the transaction), cannot show the bill list, cannot show the postpaid list.
When I pay Lazada with tng also stuck at blank page..

Any way to solve this?

Tried to reinstall also same..

I also facing same problem. Lazada notify refunded complete but tng hvnt update the refunded amount.
But my Lazada wallet transaction do capture the refunded amount, even though I pay via tng.
However, I think the refunded amount did not add in to my wallet balance.

Do your lazada wallet transaction capture the refunded amount?

Updated: After i submit screenshot of transaction to CS, they close ticket and saying Lazada will refund money to me, lol

This month TnGo very fast to credit the cash back for HSBC reload.
But my another basic account still full with RM200, thus did not get the CB, never expect CB kick in by 1st working day sweat.gif
Anyone had same experience before and success to claim back the CB?

Weird, I try twice to top up Enrichmoney, all transaction failed and TNG pop out msg saying insufficient fund sad.gif
I hv enough NT balance..

Use to reload shopeepay RM100, can go through..
Try again with RM100 to Enrichmoney, still failed sad.gif

Hi, now pump petrol using TNG card not refund of unused amount instantly? Now still charge RM200 after half an hour.
Last month still having refund instantly..

My last petrol transaction is last 2 weeks, so I am doubt is there any policy change that I not aware biggrin.gif

btw, I also realised my lazada refund still pending credit back to my TNG after 3 days..The last Lazada refund that I had was in January which almost instantly too hmm.gif

Yours was instantly or after few days?
Mine is 5th day. Previously was within same day if not mistaken.
I use TNG to pump petrol thinking 1 stone kills 2 birds, use for normal transaction and convert some NT to T biggrin.gif
Now hv to use back my Setel app..
