Just tried this morning
Any type of reload transactions must be pay by cash only

I just encounter a problem during payment @ 7E
The cashier had scan my payment code and my wallet has been deducted and received daily cashback

But it dint go through to the cashier there ask insist saying payment dint go through because no receipt come out , keep saying no receipt out = no payment

Well end up of kind of bad ending
After about 5min stuck at the cashier and i insist payment has been through
I keep showing the cashier i gotten my daily cashback and show the transaction

The cashier cancel all the scan item with black face and ask me take all those item and leave

It actually happen before when i was at shell petrol station
Same case but luckily the shell cashier person able to track my transaction number and reprint the t&g payment receipt

But for this case like 7E how to they able to do it ?
Like if this case happen again ?

I guess really need some proper training from their management
Kinda pity the cashier also

Tried my new for the RM1 coke or soft serve ice cream

When doing t&g payment cashier say their pos system dosent update yet cant purchase with RM1 promo

So fast the highest i get for daily cb is RM1.49
Average 0.79-1.20

Just went to few 7E outlet nearby my area

All bill payment & any form of top up cannot use ewallet cash only
