i have check my TNG card in TNG wallet, the pay direct is turn on, but when i use it in toll, still deduct my card balance, anything i missed?

Now reload TNG ewallet using saved card method need to key in otp?
I saved my cc on 30 Nov, now each time i top up i will need to key in otp. And the decription is TNG EWALLET E-COMM 3. Anyone encounter the same thing? |
