How to know which voucher have been used n which didn't? For the Alirewards, I've multiple same ones n now I don't know which is which, it doesn't grey out

it depends on what vouchers. Some like sHELL has timestamp when you used it. You have to slide left to manually gray it out. Others you have to either compare the serial in your receipt or remember the serial to slide left after you use it.

Where can I find the timestamp for Shell? I've used 3 but can't find it anywhere. Can only see order time

Those RM10 voucher , for saving RM0.50 ...... take long time for cahsier to scan .
and customers queing behind --u know ....
