are we still enjoying auto deduct from Go+ from Ew usage?

My current experience is my EW having low credit ,,, my spending is RM100+ ,,, my Go+ have more than > 1K .
my transaction cannot go thru =S

I didn't transfer the money from Go+ back to EW ,,, just top up from CC...
*
Mine also works just fine. Auto deduction is the default logic for GO+, it supposes to work.

"The function to cash in GO+ account via eWallet has been limited might due to irregular transactional behavior or suspicious cash out using GO+ account from credit card reload.

In order to ensure the authenticity of transaction, we have taken precautionary measures to prevent further cash in at this juncture to ensure that you have indeed authorised such credit card reload.

TNGD reserve the rights to suspend or terminate the eWallet account for repeated offenders involved in suspicious credit card reload activities.

Please refer to Clause 1.6 at https://cdn-web.tngdigital.com.my/pdf/User_TnC.pdf"
Seems quite clear on their website

With the new clause of 1.6 it has already clearly stated for credit card even money transfer is not allowed as well

Wonder how does debit card and prepaid credit like BiGPay where does it lie in clause 1.6?

My opinion is, yes, still ban. Or properly termed, cannot Go+ anymore, so no more cash out.

I think they cannot make it so obvious that they don't want people to use their feature to cash out money from credit cards.

Clause 1.6 says Credit Card reload is NOT allowed for money transfer, or buy investment products like GO+, or cashout to bank or other 3 parties.

If based on that understanding means reload ewallet purely from CC cannot deposit to Go+? That's definitely wrong.

funny thing - in their TnC say cannot
in practice, if can - then their practice is not in line with their TnC
coz
in a legal situation my employer was in,
the contract's TnC wasnt practiced/upheld (like above for eTnG's TnC) - the contract's breach based on that TnC cannot be upheld in court/challenges

IF la.. maybe eTnG will enforce no CC reloads to Go+ or Transfer to other accounts.

Actually no banks or investment companies allow money transfer from Credit Card. GO+ is an investment account after all. From that perspective, this is expected to happen

Then TNG should disallow cc>Go+, rather than allowed n then banned if withdraw. They expect this funds to stay in go+ forever?

read carefully the terminology used by them

they didnt state SHALL/MUST/WILL block you from cc > ewallet > go+

they used MAY

also, the clause is loosely written for possibility of block/unblock upon internal checking

they also didnt say what condition/criteria that MAY trigger the block of using cc fund > go+/investment/withdraw (obviously via go+)

Clause 1.6

Source of fund from credit card reload may not be used for money transfer, transfer to external accounts (bank accounts or other e-wallets), Investment products (such as but not limited to GO+), and / or any other products as TNGD may prescribe from time to time. Such prohibited usage may result in your Account (or any part thereof, including any benefits under the service) Being limited, suspended, and/or terminated

I'm not sure what's the "money transfer" here means...

Lets say my ewallet is running low.. i topup ewallet via cc and perform transfer of fund to friends instantly..

To TnG, it could be a case of "instant cash out via cc" too...

In fact right now they don't allow CC -> Go+ in the app.

But they allow CC -> wallet.

And Go+ gets money from their wallet.

Money transfer means transfer to other wallets which is not belonging to CC holder

So now let see how TnG gonna monitor consumption spending only on CC reload rclxms.gif
