In the end I went to another 7 eleven nearby my house where I have successfully paid my bills before, done with no hassle. Cashback RM8 x 2 The 7-11 I usually went had no issue at all using TNG for bill and even reload shopee pay but one day a new part time staff said cannot and insist only cash payment Luckily all the previous payment/reload slip all with me and show to the cashier Cashier went into the office room and summoned the outlet supervisor or manager i guess to do it
