I think it's a flop considering so many illegal business disguised as tech companies there.

As long as there is apartheid-NEP and no signing of ICERD, anything Cyber/Jaya/Tech won't be successful in Malaysia.

I have seen the requirements for tech investment, gila, government even want to interfere with % of bumis hired at every level. You want interfere so much baliklah, FDI go Thailand also better.
