Hi all, i am trying to help my wife as she is suffering from backpain all day.

she is currently on her 2nd trimester and we are having twins.

i tried to google and some recommends chiropractic or physiotherapy session.

Does any one of you ever tried chiropractic or physiotherapy session during your pregnancy? does it really work?

Many experts recommend that pregnant women receive a massage to relieve a little tension in the back. But in general, if your wife is so bothered by pain, it is best to go straight to the doctor and get recommendations from a specialist. Because it seems to me that the pain won't just go away, but on the contrary, it can get even worse. It's better not to delay it, and get qualified help immediately. Good luck with that)

What I did is help my wife massage using side fist on her back, which I learn from a tv program. Doesn’t totally stop the pain but really able to relieve her pain at least for a while.

Good husband you are. You may research One Osteo Osteopathy. Hopefully it helps.

Chiropractic is good to go but you may check with them whether they have experience on handling pregnancy case before not.

Did you try the pregnancy pillow? something like this https://shopee.com.my/-%F0%9D%90%8C'%F0...5616.3343156126
