While I understand that people wants to ask for recommendations for good renovation prices, this type of question is useless that don't deserved a good answer.

What is your property type? location? This will impact transportation cost
Size? 100sqft or 10000 sqft??? size will impact per sqft price
Quality? Workmanship?
What is the budget?

What is considered a fair price? What is cheap? What is expensive? So what is the fair price for a car? The price of plaster ceiling can be from less than RM5 to RM20 psqft depending on the complexity and quality

Go and do some research and get a list of contractors from your friends or other threads in this forum. Then get the quotes and compare.

I also in search. I pm them blueprint, sketch drawing with measurment and few picture of the house. Some can go rm4000 to rm11000 for same p. Ceiling.
