 Should I buy house Next Year?

I am thinking to buy a second hand lease hold over 20 years condo in KL.


Or is better to buy a new one?


Ayam poor. Budget around 400k. Dont recommend 400k for 600sqft condo.

Own stay. But hope to get maybe few k cheaper also ok.

But dono should i buy from secondary market or from developer

nowadays 400k can buy landed house liao...due to the impact of economic, thanks covid-19 smile.gif

how old are you may i ask ? ownstay with family, secondary market no doubt since u already have your budget around 400k, if ownstay alone yourself only, can buy a new condo unit from developer...usual around 600 - 800 sqft is not hard to find.... biggrin.gif

Over 30. Still squat with parents.

Not much saving and not far from /k standard 20k a month.

Itik ask you whether you have at least RM80k savings by next year .... that is the minimum you need to buy a 2nd hand subsale of RM400k.

There is actually few criteria you need to look into it.

When? When you plan to move in?
Where? The location decide the price psf
What? What size do you prefer?

In case you are not rush, you actually can get 1 rumahWIP.

This is meet all your criteria but just need to wait for few years.

2nd lockdown is almost certain will occur in this country. How long and how wide is another matter.

It is prudent to trade up with rising income.

last few weeks banker told me wait for Jan 2021 there will be a lot lelong house which owner unable to pay after Oct 2020 (3 months no payment then lelong)

but today 3pm PM will announce loan moratorium extension...LOLz
