I started to have back pain a year and a half ago, and then found out through x-ray and MRI that I have a slipped disc.

Shortly after the scan, the pain subsided and only comes up if i slept in the wrong position or stress out my back.

However, recently the pain has returned whenever i stand after sitting. Plus the tingling feeling down my left leg (left nerve compressed due to slipped disc).

My question is, where should I go to treat this? I went through a few physio sessions that taught me the stretches and exercises to strengthen my lower back.

But what I'm looking for is a proper 'fix' to it or at least make the pain more bearable.

The options I have in mind are :

a) meet the specialist at a hospital/probably asked to do physio

b) see a chiropractor

c) see a tit tar specialist

I had sciatica some 13 years ago, very severe, cant even sit upright. Was flat 2 months straight lying down. Then i was introduced to a tit tar sensei in section 17 PJ. He applied some herbs plants etc that he grinded to a paste and gave some pills also made from herbs. Within 2 weeks can walk. But have to wear a lumbar support belt. The belt can buy from any pharmacy. Mt left sciatica nerve was so quiet badly pinched i can feel the pain from the left buttock right down to my 3rd, 4th and last toe that became numb.

Problem is you can never carry anything heavey for the rest of your life or the sciatica can return. 4 years ago my son sat on my lap and my chair almost tumbled and i got it again.
