They are new gen ah long can help u with alot paper trail if u need it. From what i know bank wont leak to third party like those ah long one but bank staff sell those database to open market ( very common practice , buying and selling database) . Some of the database old like 15 yr old ++.

This is a bit fishy.. i know there are proper loan consultancy firms outside that provide service to help customers sort out their financial difficulties and get loan fr banks. But they usually won't mention interest rate because banks decide the interest rate, not them. So i think this is probably money lenders.

someone told me MBSB offer 3.1% home loan interest rate. i cant believe it, there must be udang di sebalik mee..other banks mostly offer 3.3-3.4%
