To me, it's what differentiate Thai and mamak wannabe eatery.
My friend's Thai eatery served with udang sotong and ayam..
Never had sosej, telur Mata for my USA over last decade for me.
Then again, never had nasi goreng at mamak my while life aside roti kosong.
Got lots of Gooding Thai prep nasi goreng as a student myself.
