Dear All,
Just curious... for you guys...
Lets say you have spare for MCB.. do you put them along the busbar and if yes where... at the end or middle or next to the ELCB?
MCB - Where to put the spare, DB Box wiring

that why curious... normally we keep the spare/unused at the end... the last on the busbar or even not attached to busbar. See a few recent DB Box where the spare/unused MCB are at the 1st and 2nd unit next to ELCB. This provided by Developer. Curious what have change since then.. Last time the spare provided will be at the end of the buzbar.. now seem at beginning of Buzbar...

QUOTE(ceo684 @ Jul 23 2020, 03:19 PM) Nowadays probably installed by any random bangla or faux electrician too.. not a real electrician per se so wires for L/N can be swapped and many other interesting things can happen. Agreed with you.... bad termination, simply just loop of N & E. Not even sure if properly connected sometime.... Also see some wire that don't know goes where...Not attached to busbar is dangerous.. it should always be "safed" and not exposed (busbar) In some cases last time spare/unused last time were not attached to the busbar but kept to the side for future use. The is a spacer in between. Some cases is the spare are attached to the busbar but at the end of the line.... Nowadays seen some where these spare/unused are at the beginning of the busbar next to ELCB. |
