I have face the same issue very often, other car die2 try to squeeze instead to follow one by one merging into a main lane. I just give and take.

I expect if I let them pass me, and when i try to cut them they will do the same. If they didn't return the favor they are really mcb selfish people.

U mean if i need to change my bumper or headlights i can just purpose langgar the car merging infront of me?

I've been involved in 3 collisions where I was not changing planes and the other party was. 2 were the other car change without any warning and I couldn't avoid in time. 1, I didn't let the person through (not good, I know). The sergeant told me before that if you're changing lanes and a collision happens, it's your fault. The car that I didn't let through had a dashcam and the sergeant just say that the dashcam proves he was changing lane so his fault.

I did ask one of the sergeant before as well, what if I simply speed up and bang on purpose. He didn't give me a straight answer and just say cannot do like that la.

But yeah, my take away, you wanna change lane, you're very vulnerable in the eyes of the law.

Obviously if other party changing lane and u hit their side is their fault, but sometimes this may be your fault depending on the sargent if u hit the side anywhere from the rear passenger door to the end of the car, is your fault. If hit the car anywhere from driver's door to the front is their fault, reasons is no longer blindspot if can see rear passenger door.

Im all in for public shaming because dumbass are just that. But in many instance a short vid will fail to convey the reality of the situation and context. That why i prefer gov do it like the pedo database in us where people already guilty put in there instead of internet justice which theres no platform for whoever to defend themself.
