Somehow can’t find stopcock for that particular room. Tried all possible stopcock visible from kitchen to washing machine and the other bathroom.
Perhaps may have another one hidden in the toilet ceiling closed by the board
Cross check with your neighbours of same design layout..see if it's perhaps hidden in the plaster ceiling if at all.
Compensate by reducing flow rate to others like kitchen sink and washing machine by adjusting their stop cock. If none is found, consider installing angle valves like
this and intentionally reduce its flow rate somewhat but at the same time replace kitchen tap aerators with a type that has mini holes which increases the pressure so that even at less than full flow rate there's adequate force esp in washing plates like
this. Washing machine bib tap can replace with
this type and adjusting the flow rate into washing machine so that it's not a gushing forceful flow at the inlet. The extra outlet is useful for filling pail for mopping or sambung it to a hose for occasional floor washing in yard or balcony.
WC refill also can also restrict the flow rate to a comfortable rate by installing angle valves like the one for the kitchen. Wash basin taps supply inlet should have angle valves also and fixing aerators that are high pressure and yet low flow with something like
this (if it fits) or a suitable type that fits. Low flow rate doesn't have to mean low pressure. Such devices like
this have been in the market for a long time.
Doing this now prioritise more flow to shower outlets. If you want, use low flow but high pressure shower wand like those Korean
type or the famous Japanese brand like Takagi Kimochii or even VTO eco hand shower with air inlet for example.
