Somehow I feel weird that one bathrooms water pressure is quite strong eg shower, sink, toilet.
But in another room the pressure seems quite so so, especially the shower heater. The sink and toilet I can feel it’s softer than the previous room I mentioned.

I thought water is controlled by the main pipe? Turning it off turns off the whole unit. So why is the water pressure different between rooms? I want to know if it’s something that’s controlled by some pumps by management besides the main pipe

For that bathroom, try turn on all taps to let run for some time. Could be due to air lock in the piping.

Interesting if that can fix. Does the water go through any external pumps that’s different between rooms so that could be a possible reason?

Each bathroom got its own stopcock. Maybe some of them not fully open

Well I don't think so...
Never see such design before for any projects 😊

isnt it normal for water heater pressure to be lower than normal tap pressure?

Actually now I did some experiment. The pressure is just worst at the heater. Somehow it’s softer and softer each year although on random days the pressure will be better and just now I tried disconnecting the line from water pipe to heater the water pressure is quite good and strong enough to be considered normal.

Somehow after going through heater it’s just too weak. Is it possible heater has some sort thing inside controlling the pressure is now stuck/blocked? Using electrolux heater for about 10 years already.

Another one Panasonic no issue at all still strong.

Somehow can’t find stopcock for that particular room. Tried all possible stopcock visible from kitchen to washing machine and the other bathroom.

Perhaps may have another one hidden in the toilet ceiling closed by the board

Cross check with your neighbours of same design layout..see if it's perhaps hidden in the plaster ceiling if at all.

Compensate by reducing flow rate to others like kitchen sink and washing machine by adjusting their stop cock. If none is found, consider installing angle valves like this and intentionally reduce its flow rate somewhat but at the same time replace kitchen tap aerators with a type that has mini holes which increases the pressure so that even at less than full flow rate there's adequate force esp in washing plates like this. Washing machine bib tap can replace with this type and adjusting the flow rate into washing machine so that it's not a gushing forceful flow at the inlet. The extra outlet is useful for filling pail for mopping or sambung it to a hose for occasional floor washing in yard or balcony.

WC refill also can also restrict the flow rate to a comfortable rate by installing angle valves like the one for the kitchen. Wash basin taps supply inlet should have angle valves also and fixing aerators that are high pressure and yet low flow with something like this (if it fits) or a suitable type that fits. Low flow rate doesn't have to mean low pressure. Such devices like this have been in the market for a long time.

Doing this now prioritise more flow to shower outlets. If you want, use low flow but high pressure shower wand like those Korean type or the famous Japanese brand like Takagi Kimochii or even VTO eco hand shower with air inlet for example.

Looks like at the end is the water heater stop valve filter that was too old. I also did find some stopcock on top of the other bathroom. But changing those didn’t seem to do much.

Removing the heater stop valve and connecting direct to the pipe yielded very strong water pressure. Time to get new stop valve filter.
