TS purposely left out 1 most important info about this auction. They are auctioned off as scraps as written in the article. Means it is not legal on the road.

i thought that Emas was prototype car

Yes. It was supposed to become Proton Iriz. Somehow in the pre-production phase, it turns out become today's Iriz instead of Emas design.
