I want to pursue a career in computer science.
Which university would be best for foreigners for finding a job abroad or in Malaysia? Which uni's degree will be more valued in Europe/USA?

From my network, seems APU has best reputation due to pretty hardcore learning there. And there are plenty of big IT companies like to poach final year talents/interns from there during career fairs/talks in their campus itself

If you are looking to work in Europe/USA none of the unis you listed hold any clout with employers there.

If you want to work in a Western country it is best to study there and look for a job there after you graduate. Most countries allow a period of time for international students to stay on and look for work after graduation.

But be warned that getting a job in a Western country is by no means easy even though you studied there. I know many graduates who had to return after finding no job in US/UK/Australia even after trying for 6 months or more.
