Hi. Yeah, that is definitely hypothyroidism (judging from your symptoms and blood test). I would suggest you to go to a nearby klinik kesihatan. The reason being
1. Very cheap (RM 1). Including meds.
2. Long term continuation care

Hypothyroidism requires long term care and requires adjustments for prescription depending on TSH and T4 level. Meaning, the doctor will have to monitor your TSH and T4 level regularly to adjust how much medication to give. It’s like hypertension, diabetes, etc..

Being said that, u can choose private GP if u can afford and for a faster service generally. If u ask me, I would opt for KK since i can save a lot this way and in terms of quality of care, it won’t differ much.
