Selling join name house vs insolvency

Hi, want to ask regarding above title.
House join name. A and B
A, bankrupt while B not
If selling house, only A portion will go to the insolvency or both A and B will go to insolvency and they will refund back if there any excess money after deduction.
Anyone got experience regarding this?
