After raising, what you intend to do with the space ? You intend to demolish the wall separating the space ?

But problem is, already stay quite sometime.
Not sure which is the best solution, minimum construction with wood applied or remove the tiles raise again.

Is just a 2 days work for that tiling job. Wood material tend to have sound when you walk on it.

Both also minimum construction.

Is you call but I am suggesting what I would have done.

If I understand correctly, your entire lift foyer is lower height than your living/dining/kitchen? Your front door also higher by 10cm+?

And you want to raise part of this foyer to same height as your living/dining/kitchen?

Make a wooden platform and lay laminate flooring for the entire lift foyer. They will install wooden beams across the floor and put plywood slabs on it. Then lay the laminate flooring
something like this but top layers not shown -

or you can also do the more messy, and dirty way - cement and tiles

you can ask these carpenters see if they want to do -
