In as far as I am aware the ACR30 should have less electronics if compare to ACR50 or ACR55. And mind you, ACR50 has much smaller 3rd row seats due to the design on the seat which is capable of recess into the boot floor. More convenient but smaller seats.

However, all in all if your parent does not want a HUGE car, ACR50 is a good choice. For the same money you may get slightly newer car vs Vellfire.
