What's the general consensus for this developer?

their portfolio consist fully of condos and I heard they've been known to deliver the best quality rumawip (SkyAwani)? Also their SkyLuxe project at Bukit Jalil seems pretty famous and well reviewed as well

their ad campaign focus a lot on quality of their project and they even claim to have a quality centre based on their website

so wanna get opinions here, best if from current owners of their projects
