 Seven mobile experience?, Warranty registered a month ago

Bought a phone from them yesterday, checked with Samsung warranty but phone was already registered a month ago, pm them to get clarification but they refuse to update warranty date, what do? Anyone with same experiences please advise

Edit: Phone got problem but seller dont want to deal with it, saying send to warranty even though just purchased yesterday

Bought one Zenfone5 from them years ago. Phone was okay.

As for the warranty registration issue, you can try to chat with Samsung with members app and see if they can do something about it.

As for the after sales issue, I feel like this has been the trend with online sellers due to the margin they earn with smartphone. Most are just interested to sell the phone for RM50-200 margin and ask you to deal with SC yourself. Personally I don't have a problem with it but to some, it could be annoying. However since it's a Samsung, I can vouch for the good turnaround time for warranty. Is it a serious issue?
