I give it 5/10,
compared to "Train To Busan"

character persona, growth and background story are lacking by miles. still good to pass time
& No its not a Sequal at all

Watched Peninsula - its not bad from start to finished, as long as don't compare to Train to Busan. If really want to compare, then this make is lacking character development as such this movie doesn't really move me to root for the hero or heroine...but the action is good and zombie ball - bunch of zombies stack together, is real treat for zombie movie fans. Can see Koreans have creativity to come out with new ideas and execution even compares to Hollywood.

If you watched this without expectation, then its great entertainment, but if to benchmark is Train2Busan - its a big gap tbh

Still ok to watch, but its quite a disappointment if compared with Train to Busan
