You can use WiredXDisplay app on Android. Connect your tablet with PC and then use it as second display. However you cant use touch on it.
I used my phone to view/play some RTS games run on PC before at work lel.

Alternatively you could try Spacedesk app.

for me yes it auto connect. need run the client on PC ofcos
u can try with your phone before deciding on buying tablet honestly.
