You can go with the 195/60/15.
Not much difference in terms on comfort. its 1.2% difference in terms of speedo
Pricewise, the 195/60/15 should be cheaper, as they are slightly more common sizes. you should be able to find some brands in the 160-170 range per tyre.
195/55/15 is quite a bit smaller than stock, but the tyres are a lot cheaper, because they are standard sizes for many cars. They are standard on many protons and as a +1" upgrade for many cars with stock 14 inch wheels.
