So today SA comeback with the amount for the deposit.

Last minute here, SA said it is a must to take either Urban or Utility package. They car come with it.

I was a bit angry with this, as from start keep telling me it is not compulsory to take any package.

Why you went and assume 50% immedietly in the first place instead of asking more details about his financial situation?

Yo bro/sis. I understand your intention is to give advice and maybe we got off the wrong foot. What I was trying to say is that the person was asking for what kind of interest rate he'll get and stated some info such as him having a housing loan.

But your immediate response was suggesting that if a person has a housing loan, better not taking x50 car loan, which was too quick to jump to conclusion in my opinion. After we commented further, you then replied 50% loan will be a burden which comes to my previous question, why did you assume 50% in the first place?

But I do understand your intention was to share your opinion and advice, I was just confused by your statement "If you have house loan, dont take car loan for X50 and then your next statement with assumption 50% loan.

360 camera doesn't mean you change the camera it will work. the original camera is capable of supporting high resolution. the activation has to be done within the headunit. not by replacing the camera.

the 360 camera has a dvr mode. but kinda useless as it records in fisheye

use two bucket method with MF wash mitt & PH-neutral shampoo should be fine
no need to use jet pressure washer if not so dirty

for interior, i use Meguiar's MPC, just spray to MF cloth & wipe down the dust, so far so good
you can also use damp MF cloth to clean the interiors

X50 interior is leatherette, not true leather

Any good suggestions to improve it without voiding any warranty?

Possible just to add a sub-woofer under the seat or under boot (utility & spare tired storage area)?
Or changing the 2 door speaker or all 4 or 6 speaker to 2 ways or 3 ways speaker configuration without touching HU unit?

Getting my car soon, also thinking about options can be done on audio department.
Of coz, don't expect high budget on this.

What are the tasks or inspections need to perform before signed the acceptance form?

1) Correct car plate no, chassis no, owner details on the JPJ vehicle registration vs. the car.

2) Inspecting interior & exterior for any defect and known defect listed below:-

Missing or loose
1. Wheel nut cap
2. Roof rail cap
3. Side mirror bottom cap
4. Toolkit
5. Spare tyre

Defects
1. Interior door plastic defect near small speaker beside side mirror
2. Door and boot not perfectly aligned
3. Both side aircond vents working and air blowing out.
4. Rear door alignment
5. Incomplete paint job and painting on stickers.

Others inspection
1. GPS working
2. Tyre brand and wheel spec per model (Flagship)
3. Proton Linking working properly
4. Auto parking features, 360 cameras, ADAS??, ACC, ICC
5. Headlamp, frog lamp, etc to confirm working and not scratches/damages.

3) Free gifts (if got any agreement)

4) 1st or 2nd maintenance booking/schedule (given MCO may not able reach 1000km within time frame)

So far so good, except for Proton link still not activated, so my phone still not link yet. SA help to checked, he informed issues with Proton HQ. The activation is still on manual paper.

Did all the inspection listed, hope I didn't miss out anything.

Few more extra things to check :
1. Any 50cent sized dent around the hood / door panel ?
2. Any crack on Window’s glass (black color) trim ?
3. Coat/paint defect ? (Please view in different lighting conditions)

I did not check properly upon collections hence above questions are my lessons learned 😂

? its already running a valvetronic system. There's limited to how much tone you can generate unless you increase the cylinder count to change the exhaust pulse.

I am intending to get an SUV in 2022. So decided to research the coming HRV.

1st impression , not impressed at all. The front looks aweful! Interior has improved but seems like a lazy attempt, nothing to wow! The Ativa also does not appeal to me!

X50 still leads on my list! Saw an orange X50 yesterday. Really very pretty! I'm prepared to wait for this color as I'm not in a hurry!
