My concern here is not really on the camera quality, rather than the quality standards in proton. If you see from this link, the parking lot is a lot darker wheres the X50 preview is in a very bright hall, but there is no green-ish tint on the 360 camera view screen like the one we see in the X50 from some of the local youtube videos.

The question is, what else do they cheap on?

I'm guessing Proton will offer ambient lighting as additional accessories. Which is good because to me, a sunroof is far more functional than ambient lighting or paddle shifters. At least I can sunbathe and get a nice tan when stuck in KL traffic, or get some romantic action under the moonlight. Good job Proton!

you have to understand direct injection vs port fuel injection, if you did, you wont ask why reduction of HP
is not something worth discussing... the flagship do have something "seems" better and understandable (maybe some still prefer port fuel injection engine) among 3 other variants

probably I guess proton want to sell flagship with higher pricing, making 3 other variants more economy

Its not so much of why there is a reduction of HP but how much it would affect the performance. Its no longer 0-100 in 7.9sec.
I was hoping at least the premium would have the direct injection engine too.

On parts that are under the hood where you can’t really see bro. There is only so much they can cut cost externally without people making noise. Which now we already are.
