Thank you sifus Yeah only entering sports mode for short overtaking. Normally in eco/blue mode 99% of time. Never see normal/yellow mode at all LOL

Since we are in the topic of Fuel Consumption, I managed to get my x50 to return 6.7L/100km or Approx. (15km/L) with almost 98% Eco Blue Mode at 8000+ total Millage.

Also this is 100% Klang Valley city drive although there quite some months working/driving during MCO.

Got people shared at fb. Smhow blue hv higher fc than yellow if mostly drive at town.
I seldom use blue bcos no power. 😂 while sport overpowered (for me).

Oh cool! I didn't realize that Eco mode has higher FC. Sounds super weird that Eco has higher FC than normal. My average FC is 11.7L/100km since ~800km so far. Will reset after 1st service. IMO, Sports mode overpower except for quick overtaking or 0-100kmh drag race.

Let me try normal/yellow mode over next few days. For me so far, Eco mode not underpowered lah but I also let the ICC drive for ~50-70% of the time depending on long road or short lorongs. Dreaming to get fully electric and autonomous self-driving Tesla cars many years from today so today can only afford X50 ICC hahaha 

BTW, love the 3M Crystalline full tint so far. Anyone got PPF/clear bra or glass/ceramic coatings? I just put 3M ScotchGard PPF on door handles and front headlamps ~RM500 but comes with 5 year warranty.

Haha, don't get me wrong. I also drive fast but not suitable for urban roads where roads are few hundred meters before another traffic light. And no, Viva/Axia can't overtake me hahaha. OK lah this week don't care FC just go yellow see if got difference

Siao siao 5L/100km. Very nice I am ok with whatever FC because I originally almost got Civic TC-P but didn't have luxury to wait 11th gen. So I just keep telling myself the money saved can pay for the FC hahahah. If really want FC, I would have gotten City RS Hybrid.. ~3-4L/100km or 1000+km per full tank LOL.

Anyway, as far as you enjoy the ride and FC within your budget then all the power to you  Sports mode 100% of the time also can hahaha

Older Myvi I can easily reach out to Rear seat & Passenger seat door handle with my hand, but not with this X50 

I think people think X50 is smaller because it is an SUV from outside, people have high expectation that it will be very spacious and getting disappointed because they set expectation too high

Meanwhile those like Myvi & City they appear bigger than how they look from exterior, so the wow factor.

I used to think HRV look small because having that kind of expectation too, while in fact it was more spacious than X50 especially with the Ultraseat utilization.
SUV which I think truly spacious, excellent outdoor view and airy is the Forester.

Anyway if in doubt, always bring a measurement tape 

I agree. Mazda 2, CX-3, heck even the previous gen Mazda 3 very cramped at the back.

Hi Guys, not sure if anyone has the same problem as me where Squeaking / Rat noise can be heard from the driver dashboard / steering whenever I go through those speed breaks on highways / bad roads but not bumps and some weird rat sound will appear from the dashboard . It's driving me crazy and just wondering if anyone of you here is facing the same problem

Tyre, u can find workshop that have the reader to reset back the tpms after rotates. Else after perform at tyre shop, drop by proton sc for reset

Thinking of put up a booking...but cannot decide between premium or flagship. Does flagship worth the extra $$? Another thing is flagship has the sunroof which I scared become hot during sunny days. Experience this on my friends X70. Feel like oven inside

Welcome to FS! btw tinting mostly lousy one, I would rather get the car installed with atleast a decent tint with budget min 1k above.

What I get is all the 3 without the tinting, not sure if anyone get better offer

My Flagship ranges from 9.6km/l to 14km/l

14km/l because long distance drive from KL to Kota Bharu using Gua Musang route, normally I would get around 9.6 - 10km/l driving in KL,

in comparison with similar drive style and coverage I get around
9.8km/l with X50 Flagship
11km/l with Subaru Forester
13km/l with Persona VVT 1.6 MT
14km/l with Myvi 1st geb 1.3 MT

anyone renewed their insurance for FS; whats your agreed value? do you go back to proton's panel insurer?

that FC is typical 2 liter car FC ( 150hp/200NM kind of 2liter engine)

nar, i mean thats a very impressive number.

my 2 liter is 13km/l on a good day in highway, and 9km/liter on a good day in town traffic 

and its just 150hp.
im impressed by this 1.5liter turbo by geely/proton
