All-new HONDA BREEZE (2021) - Fusion of ACCORD and CR-V
This is the all-new 2021 Honda Breeze, fusion of Honda Accord and Honda CR-V. (CR-V's body and accord's face)
Some people also says that it's a Honda Breeze based on the new 2021 Honda CR-V.
Check out interior, exterior, features and safety assist of this new compact premium SUV.
In terms of dimensions, the Breeze is almost identical to the CR-V, as it shares the same width (1,855 mm), height (1,679 mm) and wheelbase (2,660 mm). However, the Breeze is slightly longer at 4,634 mm compared to the CR-V’s 4,596 mm.
The revised styling, which appears to be inspired with the tenth-generation Accord in mind, is likely the reason for this difference. The Solid Wing Face design is prominently on display here, with a large chrome bar on the grille that is flanked by a pair of “jewel eye” headlamps.
There’s also a more aggressive front bumper with a trapezoidal-shaped lower intake, and this is joined by decorative slits and the fog lamp enclosures. The latter features trim that “splits” the upper and lower section of the SUV, and this stretches down the sides right on through to the bumper at the rear.
Customers will be able to choose from a 1.5 litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine (190 hp and 243 Nm) mated to a CVT – marketed as Sport Turbo – or a Sport Hybrid powertrain. The latter is Honda’s Intelligent Multi-Mode Drive (i-MMD) system also used in the CR-V Hybrid, which consists of a 2.0 litre DOHC i-VTEC Atkinson-cycle engine, dual electric motors and an e-CVT – total system output on the Breeze is 212 hp and 315 Nm of torque.
As for pricing, an entry-level 2021 Honda Breeze will cost upwards of 180,000 CNY ($25,360).
