This year alone, IPO seems to be a 100% sure win gamble. Wonder what would happen with this one too

Hard to tell. Many market IPO shares fell 1 month after they went public.

Examples:
Wegmans (RM0.28 IPO after 1 month RM0.25)
LHI (RM1.10 IPO after 1 month RM1.04)
LCTITAN (RM6.50 after 1 month RM5.35)

I got KAB at IPO price of (RM0.25 but managed to sell for RM0.50 even though it fell to a low of RM0.18 before it shot up)

1st Day Limit Up = 60 sen
2nd Day Limit Up = 90 sen
3rd Day kena capped at Limit Up.... hahahaha
