Software 10%, Real work 90%

Any systematic recording will do....unless you have 101 properties, then u you need to employed an assistant.

I'm going to call you out.

Based on your post history you are clearly a web developer.

I suspect you are the developer/team behind urusewa.com.

There is no shame in openly promoting your product the the market.

I can appreciate the hard work that goes into crafting a production ready web application after sinking in years.

But this is NOT the way to do it.

Lol. You're right, I'm a web developer but I'm, not the developer urusewa and I never heard of this website.

I'm posting here just to answer my curiosity and I only have one account in LYN.

Not using any software.

Just to share that even with software, alot of things need physical work. My exboss have an assistant soley to manage his 8 properties and other personal things and she not even the secretary.

Have proper records in computer and create files accordingly. Update reminders in hp.

Interesting. I guess extra labor is the solution biggrin.gif

Probably ter-reply from the wrong account by multiaccounter. Again, no offense to anyone, just for discussion sake.

Back to the main topic, to manage stuff, I prefer to use book and pen, the old traditional way. Physical and safe with me, somemore I learn to be more hardworking.

I see. Did you have separate book for different house? 🤔 What did you store in the book?
